Shipping policy

We ship within India only. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping is free on every order to any address in India, with no minimum order value.

If you are outside India and want to send jars to family or friends in India, that works normally — just enter their Indian delivery address at checkout.

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post within 6-7 days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery is subject to courier company / post office norms.

HEBZAAN FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities, and only guarantees to hand over the consignment within 6-7 days from the date of order and payment. Delivery will be to the address provided by the buyer, with confirmation sent to the email given at checkout.
