Shipping, returns and the honest answers

Do you really ship free?
Yes, on every order to any address in India, with no minimum. It is not a promotion and there is no threshold to reach.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our kitchen within 6 to 7 days and then travel by registered courier. Metro addresses are usually quicker. You will get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Do the pickles contain preservatives?
No. Every jar is made with fresh ingredients, salt, oil and spice, in small batches. That is also why we occasionally run out rather than keep stock sitting.
How long does a jar keep?
Follow the storage and shelf-life instructions on your jar. Pickle jars should be refrigerated after opening; Prawns Chutney Powder has separate storage instructions on its product page. Always use a clean, dry spoon.
Which jar should I start with?
Start with your favourite meal. Try Chicken beside chapati, Prawns with rice, or Lemon Dates with idli. For a vegetarian gift, explore the Pure Veg Festival Box; its current price is shown on the product page.
Are the non-veg pickles halal?
Yes. Our non-vegetarian range is halal, and the Non-Veg Feast Box is tagged accordingly.
Can I order from outside India?
We ship within India only — we do not ship internationally. If you are abroad and want jars sent to family or friends in India, that works normally: just enter their Indian address at checkout.
Is everything on Amazon too?
Most of the range is on Amazon India. The Buffalo Pickle is only available direct from us.
What if a jar arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full — you do not need to post anything back to us. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7 business days.
Can I return a jar I have opened?
No — pickle is a perishable food, so we cannot take back an opened jar. Tell us anyway if you are unhappy with one. We would rather hear it and put it right than have you not order again.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, for a full refund. After that the order may already be in production, so we cannot guarantee it — but message us and we will do what we can.
Do you do corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the quantity and the date you need it by, and we will come back with a price.
Storing a jar properly
- Keep it out of direct sunlight before opening. Six months is comfortable.
- Refrigerate once opened, and finish within a month.
- Always use a dry spoon. Water in the jar is what spoils pickle, not time.
- Oil separating and settling on top is normal and a good sign. Stir it back through.
- If the oil no longer covers the pickle, top it up with a little sesame oil.
