Tuna pickle paratha wrap in foil with shredded cabbage and carrot beside a steel lunchbox

Tuna pickle paratha wrap

Tuna Pickle holds its texture, which makes it the one jar in the range that travels. This wrap survives a morning in a bag without a fridge.

What you need

  • 1 paratha, warm
  • 1 tablespoon Fish (Tuna) Pickle
  • A handful of shredded cabbage and carrot
  • A squeeze of lime

How

  1. Warm the paratha until it is pliable but not crisp.
  2. Smear the tuna pickle down the centre, leaving a clear border.
  3. Pile the cabbage and carrot over it and squeeze lime on top.
  4. Roll tight and wrap in foil, seam side down. It holds until lunch.

One more thing

Add a spoon of curd inside if you are packing it for someone who prefers less heat.
